Emma Watters

Emma Jean Watters, Age 70 of Oakboro passed away on May 7, 2010 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord. Born in Stringtown, PA on February 23, 1940, Emma Watters was preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth Clark, her father Arthur Clark, her son Edward Antonio Watters, brother Robert Clark, and sisters May Van Kirk and Elizabeth Toon. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home-Midland. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 4:00 PM at Indian Hill Presbyterian Church in Stanfield NC with Rev. Rick Brundin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Emma Watters is survived by her spouse William Watters of Oakboro NC; her sons: William Watters of Oakboro NC, Daniel Watters of Oakboro NC, Jeffrey Watters of Mt.
