Evie Mae Cranfield Lowder, 101 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Five Oaks Manor in Concord.
Evie was born March 3, 1915 in Rowan County, NC to the late James Cranfield and the late Minnie Bell Cranfield. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Mae Kathleen Harris; her husband Horace Lowder; and her sister Lucille Sechler.
Survivors include her sons, Jerry E. Bennick & wife, Linda and William "Bill" White & wife, Sarah; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; special nephew Kenneth Mack Cranfield and wife Linda; as well as other numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In keeping with Evie's request there will be a private family celebration of life at a later date.
