Evonne Eudy

Evonne B. Eudy, 77, of Stanly County, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013 Stanly Manor in Albemarle, NC. Ms. Eudy was born July 25, 1935, in Cabarrus County to the late Lee Hoke Barnhart and the late Nannie Bell Linker Barnhart. The family will receive friends from 3 p. m. – 4 p.m., with the funeral service following at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at Freedom Baptist Church, 20015 Coley Store Road, Locust, NC, 28097. Rev. Gerald Baucom and Rev. Daryl Sykes will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will go to the fellowship hall afterwards to receive friends. Survivors include her husband R. V. Eudy of the home; stepsons Roger Darnell Eudy, Milton Eric Eudy, both of Stanfield; brother, Archie Barnhart, of Kannapolis, NC and niece, Martha Day, of Mooresville, NC, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchild. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Eudy family.
