Shane Smith

Farrell "Shane” Smith, 56 of Mount Pleasant, passed away on April 25, 2025 at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

Shane was born on December 29, 1968 to the late Michael Eugene Smith Sr. and Sara Elaine Eagle Smith.

Shane was hard-working and dedicated his heart to his business. He spent 41 years working as Wholesale Florist where he gained many lifetime friendships with his customers. He would do anything for anyone. When he wasn’t working he enjoyed finding old signs, antiques, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include:daughter,Angel (Aaron) Kent of Mount Pleasant; daughter, Malorie Smith of Concord; brother, Micheal (Anisa) Smith of Mount Pleasant; Grandchildren, Emma, Easton, Veda, Everett, Emmett, Eden and his beloved bulldog Charlie.

The Family will hold visitation Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 4:00pm-6:00pm, with a funeral service to follow at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord, 460 Branchview Drive NE, Concord, NC.
