Jackie was born February 3, 1948 in North Carolina to the late James Henry McGuire and the late Elizabeth Eugene Sutton.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will being at 11:00 am in Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis.
