Foil "F.L." Lentz Foutz, Jr., 84 years of age, of China Grove, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Salisbury VA.
F.L. was born April 27, 1933 to the late Foil Lentz Foutz, Sr. and Maude Lucille Honeycutt Foutz. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diane Cecille Cornelius Foutz.
The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 22, 2017 at Concordia Lutheran Church, 185 Concordia Church Rd, China Grove, and will be officiated by Rev. Kenneth W. Reed, Jr. and Rev. Dr. Larry W. Bost. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church from10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include sister, Mary Frances Stirewalt of Rockwell; brother, Bobby Foutz; step-daughter, Debbie Simms of AL; five nieces; and four nephews.
