Hartsell Funeral Home Concord (704)786 1161 PO Box 367 Concord, NC 28026 Mrs. Frances Elizabeth Lomax Coley, 83, of 178 Cannon Avenue NW, Concord, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2010, at CMC NorthEast. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Wednesday from 12:00 until 1:30 pm. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel with Rev. Tom Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Frances was born on September 20, 1926 in Cabarrus County to the late James Aldolphus and Bertie Patricia Brigman Lomax. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Concord. She is survived by her husband, James L. "Jim" Coley, of the home; daughters, Cynthia Coley Heintz and husband Larry Gene, of Concord and Debbie Coley Cagle and husband Michael Lee, of Concord; brothers, Grady and Brady Lomax, both of Concord; grandchildren Larry Brian Heintz and wife Lisa, Jeffrey Lee Heintz and wife Christy, Lindsay Marie Cagle, and Ashlyn Elizabeth Cagle. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Glen, James, Norman, and Robert Lomax; and a sister, Pauline Lomax Martin.
