Frances Deaton

Frances "Laney" Deaton, 61, of Stanfield, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Laney was born July 6, 1957 in Iredell County to the late Charles Wyatt Dancy and the late Helen Roberta Dancy.
She was also preceded in death by grandson, Isaiah Deaton, and life-time partner, Donald  Osborne.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel and will be officiated by Rev. Eric Burris.

Survivors include two sons, Donald  Deaton of Fort Mill, and Kenneth Deaton of Concord;  step-daughter, Angela Deaton of Kannapolis; sister, Cindy (Robert) Aldridge of Stanfield; and three grandchildren, Tyler, William, and Alexis Deaton.
