Francis James "Frank" Schneider, age 38, of Concord, N.C., died Monday, July 6, 2009, in Concord, N.C. He was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church in Concord. Born in Buffalo New York on August 1, 1970 he was the son of the late Paul Francis Schneider He is survived by his Mother-Beverly Schenauer Schneider of Angola N.Y., Wife-Phyllis Jean Schneider of Concord, N.C. Children-John Paul Douglas, Thea Douglas, Francis James Schneider, Jr., Nathaniel Jacob Schneider, Megan Hannah Schneider, Daniel Gabriel Jared Schneider, & Anna Belle Schneider. Two Sisters, Kimberly Kreger & husband Russ of Westfield, N.Y. Sue Ide & husband Matthew of Mt. Gilead, N.C. One Brother, Michael Schneider of Dunkirk, N.Y. Several Nieces & Nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Concord, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, July 10, 2009. Funeral service will be at Providence Presbyterian Church at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 11, 2009 . Burial will be in Cheektowaga, N.Y.
