Frank Hornick

Frank Edward Hornick, 75 years of age, of Kannapolis, NC, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016.
Frank was born March 1, 1941 in Allentown, PA to the late Francis Paul Hornick and the late Vilma Ann Hornick.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Betty Hornick; daughters, Liz Harris and the late Carl Harris, Lynda (Dave) Newton, Nicole Hornick; sons, Michael (Karen) Hornick, Robert Hornick; grandchildren, Ashley, David, Rachel, Neka, Lauren, Michalene, Ariel, Samantha, Jake, Miranda and Paige; great grandchildren, Lydia, Weston, Brooklyn, Niles, Marissa, Eva, Charlotte, Jace and Bradley; brother, Jerry Hornick; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Frank was a proud family man and proud of his service in the United States Navy. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved making holidays fun for his family. He enjoyed woodworking and was a meticulous craftsman. Poppy was a stud muffin who enjoyed teasing and playing with his grandkids. He will be missed immensely.
