Frank Yodice

Frank Albert Yodice, age 82 of Concord, passed away on Friday February 10, 2012 at Universal Healthcare in Concord. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 1 until 2 pm. Funeral services will follow in the chapel at 2 pm. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. At other times the family will be at the home of his daughter Marilyn Tysinger, 20403 Old Sandbar Road, Oakboro. Frank was born on September 24, 1929 in Paterson, New Jersey to the late Pasquave and Maria Leogrande Yodice. He was also preceded in death by his wife Agnes Medlin Yodice and daughter Diane Green. Frank served in the US Army in the 82nd Airborne during WWII. He was an avid gardener, loved to fish and watch sports. He is survived by daughter, Marilyn Tysinger and husband Jim of Oakboro, NC; grandchildren, Russ Tysinger of Daytona Beach, FL, Dr. Jeff Tysinger and wife Dawn of Statesboro, GA, Lori Clark and husband Keith of Monroe, NC, Tami Napier and husband Rusty of Oakboro, NC, Chad Green and wife Lora of Oakboro, NC; nephews, Michael Canu and wife Maryanne of Southport, NC, Martin Yodice and JoAnne of Mooresville, NC; son-in-law, Jerry Green of Oakboro, NC; twelve Great-grandchildren.
