Franklin Bost

Franklin D. Bost, 83 years of age, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 unexpectedly at his residence.
Frank was born December 2, 1932 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina to the late Robert and Albustine Bost. He was also preceded in death by one sister Blanche Bost Vest.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, Monday, April 4, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. A burial will be held at Oakwood Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Willie Mae Bost of Concord; his son, Tim Furr and wife Donna of Concord; one daughter Jill; sisters, Doris Biggers and husband Hugh of Concord, Joyce Carter and husband A.L. of Matthews; granddaughters, Katherine Furr Marburger and husband Chadd of Kannapolis and Meredith Furr of Concord; niece, Sherry Gordon; nephew, Robert Carter.
Frank worked for the City of Concord and was a lifelong Atlanta Braves and Green Bay Packers fan. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
