Fritz Romefelt, Jr

Fritz "Fred" Archie Romefelt, Jr. of Willow Street, Badin, NC passed away at CMC-NorthEast on December 20, 2009. He was a production worker for American Fiber in Albemarle. He served in the US Army. Fred loved gardening, yard work, and eating out with his friends from the YMCA. He died surrounded by his family. He is survived by a brother, Thomas Edward Romefelt of Concord, Sisters; Carol Ann Koontz of Albemarle and Bobbie Sue Strader of Winston-Salem, NC. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Fritz Archie Romefelt, Sr and Bobbie Black Romefelt. He visitation will be Saturday, December 26 from 10:30 to 11:00 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Albemarle. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel.
