Garry Lowder

Garry Eugene Lowder, 75, of Concord, entered his heavenly home, February 9, 2021 surrounded by his children.

Garry was born September 26, 1945 in Burke County North Carolina to the late Postil "Shy" Lowder and the late Katherine Lowder. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tony Lowder.

Garry worked at Cannon Mills before later retiring from the City of Concord. Garry had a wonderful sense of humor and loved his family very much.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie, of the home, sons Garrett (Wendy) of Stanfield, NC and David of Concord, NC; daughter Ava Mauldin (Ted) of Albemarle, NC; grandchildren: Shannon Kendall, Dustin Kendall, Tommy Mauldin, Jeremy Lowder, and Samantha Lowder: great-grandchildren Natalie Kendall, Tenessa Morton, Adalynn Kendall, and Ember Lowman, and sister Pat Almond, of Albemarle, NC.

The family will have a private ceremony Friday, February 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord in Concord, NC, officiated by the Rev. Tim Newton.
