Geneva Frances Allmon Harrison, 92 years of age, of Raleigh, NC passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC.
Geneva was born November 9, 1924 in Concord, NC. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim Allmon and Elsie McSwain Allmon; her husband, George J. Harrison; her daughter, Gail Harrison Mason; brothers, Claude and Jay Allmon; sister, Ruth Barringer.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am in Chapel, officiated by Rev. Brendan Boone. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC.
Survivors include her two grandaughters, Sandra and husband, Rev. Brendan Y. Boone, of Daytona Beach, FL and Wendy M. Laiweneek, of Bristol, NH; great granddaughter, Cassandra (Cassi) Laiweneek, of Bristol, NH.
