Geneva Ridenhour

Geneva Ridenhour, 97, of Locust, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, May 4, 2018.

Mrs. Ridenhour was born June 26, 1920 to the late William Pressly and Telitha Harwood.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, John Arthur Ridenhour and son, William (Bill) Ridenhour.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Gary Bragg. Burial will follow at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 32056 Herrin Grove Rd, Mount Pleasant.

Survivors include: sons, Steve Ridenhour and wife Annette, Larry Ridenhour and wife Jeri, Michael Ridenhour and wife Joanne, Benny Ridenhour and wife Lindy; daughters, Ann Tucker and husband John, Judy Carriker and husband Gene, Patricia Hinson and husband Paul, Ruby Stirewalt and husband David, Susie Oliver and late husband Donald, Janie Sapp and husband Michael, and Gloria Konopka and husband Jeff; 40 grandchildren; 98 great-grandchildren; 40 great-great grandchildren.
