George Mceachern

George T. McEachern, 79, of Concord, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at his residence in Concord.

Mr. McEachern was born April 19, 1940 in Cabarrus County North Carolina to the late Hoyle Bryant McEachern and the late Nannie Faggart McEachern. .
He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carol Baggarly McEachern; Brothers, Harold and Franklin McEachern.

George was a Navy Veteran and proud of his service to the his country.He also worked for the United States Postal Service until his retirement.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Friday, December 27 at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord. . The funeral service will be on Saturday, December 28 at 11:00 am at Center United Methodist Church in Concord. The service will be officiated by Reverend Tony Allen with the burial following at the Church Cemetery.

Survivors include daughter, Cheryl  Baxter (Jerry O. Baxter, Jr.); sons, Barry McEachern (Pam), Anthony McEachern, Timothy McEachern;  Brother, Bobby Joe McEachern; grandchildren, Robert Thomas Ritchie (Robyn), Zachary McEachern (Nicole), Christopher Alexander McEachern, Kaitlan Six (Dylan), Marissa Treece (Dylan); Also surviving are great grandchildren, Katherine, Natalie, Juliet, Aaron  and Lennox.

Memorials may be made to Center United Methodist Church, 1119 Union Street, Concord, NC 28025.
