Georgia Drake

Georgia Mae Drake, 91 years of age, of Union Park, Monroe, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe.
Mrs. Drake was born May 12, 1923 in Union County to the late Henry Ceaphus Mullis and the late Nancy Jane Mullis. She was also preceded in death by husband, Billie Heath Drake; sister, Bronnie Williams; brother, Junior Mullis; and daughter-in-law, Wanda Drake.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Midland officiated by Elder Charles Broadway. Burial will follow at the Clarks Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Hwy. 200, Stanfield.
Survivors include daughter, Billie Ann High of Marshville; and sons, Garry Drake of Ansonville, Larry Drake of Charlotte, and Tim Drake of Stanfield. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
