Gerald Morgan

Gerald Preston Morgan, 79 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System Stanly in Albemarle.

Mr. Morgan was born April 8, 1938 in Stanly County to the late Oscar Cammie Morgan and the late Etta Thelma Morgan.

A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include daughters, Windy Morgan Plummer and husband Keith of Oakboro and Melissa Simpson and husband John of Charlotte; granddaughter, Kayla Plummer; grandson, Brandon Simpson; and great grandchildren, CJ Miller and Addison Miller.
