Grace Hatley

Grace Mae Almond Hatley age 91 of 24291 Ridgecrest Rd, Ridgecrest, NC passed away January 11, 2010 at Stanly Regional Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1918 in Stanly County to the late Pierson and Attie Hatley Almond. She was preceded in death by her husband Jacob James Hatley and 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Mrs. Hatley was a member of Ridgecrest Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her son, Worth James Hatley and wife Cindy of Trinity, NC; daughters, Betty Hatley Whitley and husband Truet of Oakboro, NC; Loudene Hatley Whitley and husband Donnie Joe of Albemarle, NC; Daisy Hatley Vickers and husband James of Chapel Hill, NC; eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Ridgecrest Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall. Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Ridgecrest Presbyterian Church, Locust, NC. Rev. Tab Whitley and Dr. Wayne Bennett will officiate. Burial will follow at Ridgecrest Presbyterian Church Cemetery
