Grady Carter

Grady Early Carter, 82, of Concord, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at The Oaks at Town Center. Mr. Carter was born on November 2, 1930 in Oxford, GA, to the late William Alvin Carter and Cleo Curlis Chriswell Carter. He served his country in the US Air Force for over 20 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife Barbara Smith Carter of the home; daughter, Patricia Morris of Abilene, TX; step-daughter, Rebecca Cobb of Columbus, NC; step-sons, Michael Crider of Asheville, NC, Richard Crider of Lady Lake, FL; brother, William Carter of Daytona Beach, FL; sister, Patsy Riggleman of Asheboro, NC; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
