Gregory Britt

Gregory L. Britt, age 59, passed away peacefully at his home in Matthews NC on Saturday, November 7, 2020 with his family by his side.

He was born on March 7, 1961 to the late Jimmie Ray Britt and the late Emma Sue Lilley Britt in Tarboro, NC. He graduated from Central Piedmont Community Collage with an associates degree in mechanical engineering technology. After working for Combraco for 14 years he worked for a film company in Wilmington as well as operating his own business, Carolina Backflow Testing.

Gregory is survived by his son, Logan Gregory Britt, of Concord, NC, and step-son, Mitchell Rabon, of Carboro, NC, and sister, Beverly Britt Munday, of Harrisburg, NC, and brother, Dalton Ray Britt, brother, of Charlotte, NC.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14,2020, at 3:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Harrisburg, NC. A Celebration of Life will be immediately following visitation at 4:00 pm in the chapel, officiated by Pastor Arnold Kessler.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region, at 7845 Little Ave. Charlotte, N.C. 28226
