Harley Padgett

Mr. Harley Kennedy "Ken" Padgett, 46, of 710 Main Street SW, Concord, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Tucker Hospice House, Concord. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Tuesday from 6-7:30 pm. Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 7:30 pm. Burial will be at Salisbury National Cemetery on Wednesday at 12:00 pm with military honors performed at the graveside. Ken was born on March 10, 1964 in Cabarrus county. He served our country in the US Marines and the US Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post 51 and Rocky Ridge United Methodist Church both in Concord. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Pachmayer Padgett, of the home, parents, Harley Janna Padgett and Jewel Kennedy Padgett of Concord, step-son, John Beall of Mint Hill, step-daughter, Kelly Eerenberg of Charlotte and Cari Napier of Charlotte, sister, Janna Padgett of Concord, niece, Tina Treadway of Concord, aunt, Pat Pait of Concord, and five grandchildren.
