Harold "Shorty" Clayton Crump, 62 years of age, of Concord, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Carolina's Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord.
Shorty was born September 14, 1953 in North Carolina to the late Jesse Dwight Crump and Ellie Brown Crump. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Crump.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Ellen Crump of the home; his son, Clay Crump; his grandson, Gabriel Linn Shade; his two sisters, Shirley Johnson and Judy Turner; a special niece, Betty Gerring; a special nephew, Scottie Turner; his great niece, Jacie Gerring along with his two nephews and their families.
At Shorty's request no formal services will be held.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Crump family.
