Harold Shoe

Harold Michael “Mike” Shoe, age 55 of Albemarle, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at his childhood home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 19 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Il Bella Gardens, 24767 Snickers Lane, Albemarle. A casual celebration of his life will follow at Il Bella Gardens at 6:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Charlie Littlejohn. At other times, the family will meet at his father’s home, 11561 Crestview Lane, Locust, NC. Mr. Shoe was born in Cabarrus County on April 18, 1957 to Harold Monroe Shoe of Locust and the late Kay Frances Allman Shoe. In addition to his father, he is survived by one son, Jeremy Shoe of Ridgecrest; one daughter, Cayley Shoe of Ridgecrest and their mother, Melanie Efird of Ridgecrest; one brother, Darrell Shoe of Locust; two sisters, Lori Morgan of Oakboro and Darlene Harris of Oakboro; and special friends, girls from the Min-O-Pon Restaurant.
