Hazel Morgan

Hazel Juanita Morgan, 81 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Transitional Healthcare in Kannapolis, NC. Hazel was born June 28, 1931 in Stanly County to the late Titus James Yow and the late Lora Agnes Yow. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Inslee Morgan. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday, May 27, 2013 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm at Kinza Memorial Baptist Church in Stanfield officiated by Rev. Darrell Nance, and preceded by a 30 minute state. The burial will follow at the Kinza Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include son, Joe Morgan of Stanfield, NC; daughter, Gail Hathcock and husband Quentin of Concord, NC; granddaughter, Amy Hathcock; sister, Margaret Yow of Stanfield, NC; and sister, Evelyn Tarlton of Cabarrus County. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Morgan family.
