Helen Donachie

Helen Theresa Donachie, 85 years of age, of Concord, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at Brian Center in Concord.
Theresa was born September 23, 1931 in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania to the late Gerard O'Hara and the late Helen Foy O'Hara.
She was also preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Bernard Donachie; brothers, Gerard O'Hara and Jerry O'Hara; sisters, Ursula Piazza and Marian Schmidt.
A funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 1:00pm at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, Father Jerome Chavarria will conduct the service. Burial will follow at the St. James The Greater Catholic Church Cemetery at 2323 Gold Hill Rd., Concord.
Survivors include daughter, Mary Tee Carpenter of Mooresville; son, Bernie (Anita) Donachie of Douglasville, GA, son; Jack (MaryEllen) Donachie of Fresno, CA; daughter Cathleen (David) Hesters, of Concord; brother, John (MaryAnn) O'Hara of Scranton, PA; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
