Helena Nickolds

Helena Catherine Nickolds, 94 years of age, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Clear Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Mint Hill, NC.
Helena was born March 19, 1921 in Rhode Island to the late Alfred Morrisey and the late Catherine Morrisey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George M. Nickolds, and four siblings.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
She was a retired RN supervisor at Morton Hospital in Taunton, MA. She was a colorful joke-teller whose favorite activity was dressing up and going to parties.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan (John) Williams of Concord, NC, and Donna (Lawrence) Oliver of East Freetown, MA; three grandsons, Josh (Sharon) Williams of Concord, NC, Jacob Williams of Asheville, and Justin Oliver of Providence, RI; and two great-grandchildren, Abigail and Andrew Williams.
