Hartsell Funeral Home-Concord PO Box 367 Concord, NC 28026 (704)786-1161 Mr. Herman Talley 76 of 1119 Graystone Court, Concord, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 at Tucker Hospice House Concord. Born on May 24, 1933 in Cabarrus County to the late Clyde Talley and Breecie Walter Talley. Mr. Talley was a retired from Shogren Hosiery Mill and a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and Cabarrus Lodge #720 A.F. and A.M. A visitation will be held Friday, February 26, 2010, from 6 - 8 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord officiating Rev. Dr. Glenn Myers. Burial will be at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens. Survived by: Neil C. Talley and wife Judy of Kannapolis, NC; and grandson, Adam Ray Talley; brother Donald Talley and wife Darlene of Concord, NC; sister Helen Joyner of Mt. Pleasant. Preceeded in death by his wife Anne Beaver Talley and sister Ann Allman. Memorials may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, 1030 Burrage Rd.
