Homer Robson

Homer Leon Robson, 82 years of age, of Monroe, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015 at his home.

Leon was born February 1, 1933 in Rockingham, NC to the late Belvin Robson and the late Ella Robson. He was also preceded in death by sister, Betty Cumbie.

The graveside service will be held Monday, May 11, 2015 at 10:00 am at Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Ave., Monroe and will be officiated by Rev. Paul Saleeby. The family will speak to friends after the service.

Survivors include wife of 62 years, Lois Marie Robson of the home; son, Billy (Donna) Robson of High Springs, FL; daughter, Nancy (Wayne) Miller of Monroe; six grandchildren, Bill Robson, Jr., Thom (Laura) Robson, Brandie Robson, Nikki (Ryan) Headrick, Field Miller, and Chase Miller; and three great-grandchildren, Brooke Robson, Kennedy Robson, and Charlotte Robson.
