Hoyle Barbee

Hoyle Dwight Barbee, 70 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 at his home in Stanfield.

Dwight was born January 13, 1945 in Stanly County to the late Hoyle Barbee and Erma Barbee Furr. He was also preceded in death by wife, Sandra Talley Barbee; sons, Steven Patrick Barbee and Christopher Aaron Barbee; and sister, Madelyn Barbee Efird.

A Graveside Service officiated by Rev. Dr. Kinney Wallace will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at First Baptist Church Cemetery, 320 South Central Avenue, Locust, NC 28097.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers, Tommy Barbee and wife, Jill of Midland, and Randy Barbee and wife, Pam of Fayetteville; nieces, Tara Tarlton, and Tiffany Talley; and nephews, Landon and Russell Efird, Chad, Brian and Barrett Barbee.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County, 960 North First Street, Albemarle, NC 28002.
