Imojean Laroche

Imojean Ellen LaRoche (1940 - 2012) Jean entered into rest on March 28, 2012 in Concord NC after a long battle with cancer at the age of 71. As Navy wife, she followed the love of her life, Frank LaRoche Jr., from coast to coast finally settling down in Savannah GA after retirement until Frank’s passing in 1997. Her family is spread across the country, and she loved traveling to spend time with all. Her gift was to serve. Quite often her visits were timed to help others following an illness. Her loving church home was Boger’s Chapel but she enjoyed worship wherever she was. She is survived by an extended family whom she dearly loved. Her Sons and Daughters in law; Frank and Lisa, Allen and Deana, Stephen and Stephanie. Her sisters and brother-in-laws; Martha & Dale Howard, Emojean & Bob Barnes, Patty & Bill Carter, and Vicky Larimer. She was blessed with 11 Grandchildren; Frank LaRoche IV, Melissa Thrush (Chris), Kristen Penn (Larry), Stephanie Sneed (James), Bethany Foster (Matthew), Dillon LaRoche, Dominic LaRoche, Austin LaRoche, Jillian LaRoche, Collin LaRoche and Lindsey LaRoche. And many more loved ones to include seven great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at Boger’s Chapel, 1775 Flowes Store Road E, Concord NC 28025, on Saturday March 31, 2012 at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boger’s Chapel Building Fund.
