Iris Sossoman

Iris Lee Sossoman, 85, of Concord, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at her home in Concord.

Iris was born July 2, 1936 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina to the late Carl A. Love and the late Lee Geneva Love.
She was also preceded in death by husband, Hugh J Sossoman; son, Danny Hugh Sossoman; siblings, Irene Page Moore, Gatha Allmond, Ola-May Smith Gainey, and Carl Allen Love.

The Visitation will be held on Friday, May 6th from 12:30 pm-1:15 pm at Hartsell Funeral Homes of Concord, the funeral service will follow at 1:30 pm at Hartsell Funeral Homes of Concord. The burial will take place after the funeral service at Carolina Memorial Park- Kannapolis.

Survivors include daughter, Sheliah and husband Patrick Wood; granddaughter, Jennifer Foster and Sean Baxter; grandson, Jason and wife Amanda Sossoman; grandaughter, Charity and husband Matt Harris; great-grandchildren, Brandon Harris, Mason Harris, and Marshall Harris; sisters, Vivian and husband John Snyder and Geraldine Crisco and her late husband, James; Jason's and Charity's mother, Tonya Sechler Sossoman; and many nieces and nephews.
