Jackie Bennett

Jackie Dale Bennett, 54, of Concord, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at Tucker Hospice House. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Saturday, August 11, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Steve Davis, will follow in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens in Charlotte. At other times the family will meet at the home. Jackie was born on July 14, 1958, to the late James Ralph Bennett and the late Minnie Elizabeth Willey Bennett. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ellen Libby Bennett; brothers, Randy Alan Bennett and Robert Dean Willey; sister, Tammy Sue Bennett Hunter.
