Jackson Maske

Jackson “Bill” Dawson Maske, age 80 of Albemarle, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Stanly Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 18 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, at 2:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Wayne Richardson. Military honors will be presented by the Stanly County DAV. Burial will be at West Concord Cemetery at a later date. Mr. Maske was born in Richmond County on June 5, 1931 to the late William Dorsey Maske and the late Fannie Pearl Biggs Maske. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Maske. He is survived by his wife, Diane Sue McCrary Maske, of the home; one son, Kenneth Maske; one brother, Harold Maske of Matthews; three sisters, Bettie Wardlaw and Joanna Maske, both of Charlotte; Ellen Eatmon of Pelion, SC. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Maske family.
