James Michael Belluscio, 70, of Concord, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
James was born September 4, 1954, in Greenwich, Connecticut, to the late Michael Anthony Belluscio and the late Theresa Gabriel Belluscio.
James moved from Connecticut to Concord, North Carolina, to live with his daughter, Kimberly. He expressed so much happiness and joy at finally moving south and being able to spend more time with Kimberly. James enjoyed watching Fox News, especially The Five and The Ingraham Angle and his favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers. He was a proud Republican and an admirer and supporter of President Trump. He would spend many summers grilling and cooling off by the pool. James had a passion for cooking and would often create what he referred to as his “concoctions,” which were always delicious. He passed this passion on to his daughter and his sons, James and Michael. He was also good with his hands and was always working on a small project around the house. Most of all, James was a loving dad, and "Poppy." He adored his children and grandchildren, who brought endless joy to his life and who will forever cherish the love and wisdom he shared with them. James’ priority was always his family, they meant everything to him. He will be forever loved and greatly missed.
Survivors include his beloved daughter, Kimberly Belluscio, of Concord; son James (Samantha) Belluscio of Shelton, CT; son Michael Belluscio of Derby, CT; sister, Sharon English of Norwalk, CT; grandchildren, Nicholas Tobin, Alexis Tobin, and Kaylee Belluscio; his beloved fur grandbabies, Ginger, Oscar, Echo, Harley, Wren and Bear; along with two nephews and several cousins; and his good friend, Carl DeMaio.
James’ Memorial will be held virtually at a later date.
