James Dalton

James Allen Dalton, 83, of Sherrills Ford, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022, in Albemarle NC. James was born August 11, 1939, in Virginia to the late Lucian Walter Dalton and the late Beaulah Dalton. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen M. Dalton.

The Graveside Service will be on Saturday at 11:00 am at the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord. A celebration of life service will be hosted at Jamie Alexanders home in Albemarle, NC following the service.

Survivors include daughter, Jamie Dalton (David) Alexander of Albemarle, NC and son, Jeffrey Scott (Penny) Wright of Chesterfield, VA. Grandchildren, Erik Michael (Alexandra) Rabut of Killeen, TX, Abigayle Selke (Matt) Helms of Richfield, NC, Joshua Kenneth (Emily) Selke of Quantico, VA, Keely Cheyenne (Jamie) Selke of Albemarle, NC, Malia Brynna Selke of Albemarle, NC, Jessica Michelle Wright of VA, and Brandon Scott Wright of VA. Great Grandchildren Lucas Asa Helms and Riley Gray Helms of Richfield, NC and Autumn of Killeen, TX.
