James Henry Johnson, Jr., 69 years of age, of Concord, passed away at his residence Tuesday, June 28, 2016.
Mr. Johnson was born May 1, 1947 in Fort Dix, New Jersey to the late James Henry Johnson and Dorothy Feathers Johnson Lauchner.
The memorial service will be Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 12:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1601 Cooper Avenue in Kannapolis, officiated by Bishop Jon K. Nanto.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Lauchner of Petersburg, VA; brother, David Johnson of Provo, Utah; sister, Dorothy Eichert of Colonial Heights, VA; and brother, Dallas Lauchner of Colonial Heights, VA.
Memorials may be made to the Perpetual Education Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1601 Cooper Avenue, Kannapolis, NC.
