James Lamb

James Edward Lamb, age 73 of Harrisburg, NC, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC. Graveside services will be held at 12pm, Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, Charlotte, NC. At other times, the family will meet at the home of Angela Carman, 3070 Champion Lane, SW, Concord, NC. He was born in Mecklenburg County on March 21, 1938, to the late William Henry Lamb and the late Rosa Marie Helems Lamb. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Nadene Baxley Lamb. He is survived by his daughter, Angela Carman and husband Mikel Lee of Concord; grandson, Kevin Wayne Clontz of Claremont, NC, and his faithful K-9 companion, Chico.
