James Lowe

James Franklin Lowe of Myrtle Beach passed away Saturday, Oct 9, 2010 at Grand Strand Hospital, Myrtle Beach, SC. He was born May 25, 1949 in Charlotte, NC. He was a disabled Vietnam veteran and previously was a truck driver for Max Shaw Grading in Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his father, J.V. Lewis Lowe. He is survived by his wife Candy Moody Lowe of 33 years and his mother Carrie Elizabeth Lowe of Midland; son, Roland Jones of Mebane, NC; stepson, Christopher Price of Myrtle Beach, SC; Tracy Price of Denver NC; brothers, Billy Lowe of Sherrill’s Ford, J.V. Lowe of Shelby, NC, Johnny Lowe of Huntersville, NC and Bobby Lowe of Shelby, NC; grandchildren, Rebecca Jones, Matthew Jones, Emma Price. The visitation will be Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Hartsell Funeral Home –Midland form 6 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 12, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Midland. Burial will be at Charlotte Memorial Gardens. Rev. Gary Wyrick and Rev. Lewis Weddington officiating.
