James Patrick Smith, 65, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021.
James was born October 18, 1955 in Randolph County to the late William Ralph Eury and the late Patty Smith Eury. He was also preceded in death by wife, Teresa Rabon Smith.
A Graveside Service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Simpson Cemetery on Dennis Road in Albemarle, officiated by Terry Hopkins.
Survivors include sisters, Janie (Terry) Hopkins of Albemarle, NC, and Jewel (Donald) Edwards of Midland, NC; and very special friends Rhonda Carver and Billie Sherin.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Smith family.
