Jami Ann Pless, 23 years of age, passed away suddenly Friday, April 6, 2012 in a car accident in Anson County. Miss Pless was born November 2, 1988 in Cabarrus County. Jami was a Cosmetologist and Stylist at Sport Clips in Kannapolis. She was also employed with Tyson Insurance in Wadesboro. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Monday, April 9, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral will be at 4 p.m., Tuesday, at Center Grove United Methodist Church of Midland, officiated by Rev. Alan Thompson. Burial will follow at Community Baptist Cemetery of Locust. At other times, the family will meet at her home. Survivors include her mother, Paula Ann Troutman Fox, and her father, Jeff Fox; her sister, Alexis Fox, of the home; her brothers, Sidney Pless and Damon Pless, both of Concord; her grandparents, Grady and Linda Troutman of Oakboro and Bill and Cynthia Fox of Concord; her uncles, Dwayne Troutman and Tommy Troutman and his wife, Michelle, all of Oakboro; her aunts, Donna Hudson and her husband, Brian, of Albemarle, Cynthia Arey and her husband, Corey, of Locust, and Michelle Brown and her husband, Kyle, of Concord; and many cousins.
