Janet Faye Poplin

Janet Faye Poplin, 76, of New London, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Faye was born February 27, 1948 in Stanly County, North Carolina to the late William Rufus Eudy and the late Mary Elizabeth Eudy. She was also preceded in death by Husband , Calvin Wayne Poplin.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, June 21, 2024 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Pastor Gary Cox. Burial will follow at the Paul's Crossing Baptist Church Cemetery at 40461 Paul's Crossing Road, Richfield.

Survivors include son, Jerry (Amanda) Poplin of Norwood, NC, son, William (Michelle) Poplin of New London, NC, daughter, Stacie Poplin of Albemarle, NC, grandchildren Brittney (Jeremy) Blayton, Tyler Poplin, Mary (Johnny) Timmons, great-grandchildren Madison Timmons, Dalton Timmons, and sister, Doris Rowland.
