Janice Christy

Janice Marie Christy, 83, of Pisgah Forest, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center in Asheville.

Mrs. Christy was born March 26, 1938 in North Carolina to the late Thomas Wesley Hooks and the late Lilly Hatley Hooks.
She was also preceded in death by son, Terry Lynn Christy, grandson, Joshua Christy.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm on Monday November 29, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. . The graveside will be on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 2pm at West Concord Cemetery, 331 Union Cemetery Rd SW, Concord.  The service will be officiated by Rev. Trent Patterson .

Survivors include Spouse, John Andrew Christy of Pisgah Forest, NC, son, Robin D Christy, grandson's, Anthony L Christy, William A. Christy, Robert W. Christy, granddaughter, Kayla M. Christy. Also surviving are seven great-grandchildren.
