Janice Clontz

This morning, December 7, 2020, Jan arose on angels' wings to see the face of Jesus in that promised home in heaven and received her new body glorified by God.

Jan was born August 28, 1946 in Summerville, SC. She was the third out of seven, born to Richard and Joyce Veronee. She was married to her husband Bob on October 30, 1966. She was a gracious and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had two amazing children and four beautiful grandchildren whom she loved dearly. One of her hobbies was writing, especially poetry. She enjoyed listening to gospel music, reading her Bible, and spending lots of time with her grandchildren.

She leaves loved ones behind to someday join her at the feet of Jesus. Her husband, Bob, to whom she was married for over 54 years; son Robert Jr. and wife Amy, their four children, Ameila, Caitlyn, Noelany and Brendan; and daughter,Wanda

Jan also leaves behind her precious sisters, Patricia, Jill and her husband Sam, and Pamela; brother, Edward and his wife, Linda.
Those who have gone on before and are now with her in glory are her mother Joyce, her sister Linda and brother-in-law Dan, and her brother Richard.

The family will receive friends at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Latin American Campus, from 10:30 am-11:00 am on Thursday, December 10, 2020. The funeral service will follow at 11 o'clock am. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens in Charlotte.
