Janie Mae Lemmond, 85 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Janie was born March 25, 1931 Mount Holly, North Carolina to the late James and Susan May Deason.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 15, 2016, 11:00 am at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, officiated by Rev. Tim Newton.
Survivors include her sons, Bobby Lemmond, Tommy and wife, Louise Lemmond and Jerry Lemmond, all of Concord. Her brothers, Richard W. Deason of Stanley, and Luther Deason of Stanley; sisters, Hazel Deason of Stanley, Charmen Riley of Mt. Ulla, Margaret Hayes of Dallas and Wanda Spencer of Gastonia, NC.
Memorials may be made in loving memory of Janie Mae Lemmond, to Tucker Hospice House, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC.
