Jason Moore, Sr

Jason Matthew Moore Sr., 40 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 at his home.

Jason was born March 4, 1977 in Mecklenburg County to Henry Clifford Moore Jr. and Sibyl Flowe Moore. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry Clifford Moore Sr. and Lola Smith Moore.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm-3:00pm, Saturday, May 13, 2017 in the Latin American Sanctuary at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte, 7424 E. W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28212. The funeral service will follow in the Latin American Sanctuary at 3:00pm and will be officiated by Rev. Arnold Kessler.

Survivors include wife, Heather Moore of Stanfield; parents, Henry and Sibyl Moore of Mint Hill; son, Jas (Brooke) Moore, Jr. of Albemarle; son, Trendell Moore of Albemarle; grandson, Matthew Paul Moore of Albemarle; step-son, Bryson Tracy of Midland; step-daughter, Brennan Tracy of Midland; maternal grandparents, Lee and Carroll Flowe of Mint Hill; sister, Jacki (Chad) Denton of Mint Hill; niece, Brinly Denton; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jason was a beloved husband, father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, and a child of God. Jason's huge heart and loving smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
