Jc Gibson

JC Gibson,77, of 625 Dick Street Albemarle passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at his home. Born on May 20,1933 in Stanly County to the late Jesse Clark and Gibson and Victoria Lowder Gibson. He was also preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Charles Gibson. Mr. Gibson served in the US Army. He was a pipe fitter for Wiscassett Mills, and a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge 703. He was deeply loved by his wife and family and will be missed tremendously. He was the most kind and generous man in the world. A visitaion will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle on Monday, February 7, 2011 from 7 until 9 PM. A Funeral service will be held at Lakeview Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 8th at 2 PM, following a 30 Min. state, with Rev. Tab Whitley officiating. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory. Survived by: wife, Edna Barbee Gibson of the home; son, Tony Gibson of Belmont; grandson, Jarrod Tyler Gibson and granddaughter, Andrea Jordan Gibson also of Belmont. Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle is serving the Gibson family.
