Jean Huneycutt

Jean Huneycutt, age 78 of Albemarle, passed away on May 2, 2010 at CMC Main Charlotte. She was born in Stanly County on February 6, 1932. Betty Jean Morton Huneycutt was preceded in death by her mother, Lillie Ramell Lee Morton and her father, Hugh P. Morton of Oakboro,NC She was retired from Eckerd Drugs and attended North Albemarle Baptist Church. Visitation will be Thursday, May 6, 2010 at North Albemarle Church from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Funeral service will held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM at North Albemarle Baptist Church, with the ministers Rev. Brad Lynch and Rev. Jason Almond officiating. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. Betty Jean Morton Huneycutt is survived by her son, Jerry Huneycutt and wife Gwen of Norwood NC, grandson Darrian Huneycutt of Albemarle NC, her sisters, Carolyn Smith, Reba Tucker and Bobbie Sedberry.
