Jeanette Mullis

Jeanette Huneycutt Mullis, 66, of Albemarle, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012 at CMC – Main. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home, Albemarle on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Joe Smith will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel, Albemarle on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. At other times, the family will meet at her home. Mrs. Mullis was born on January 15, 1946, in Albemarle, to the late Carl Junior Huneycutt Sr. and the late Ruby Lee Kluttz. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Marcus MacArthur Mullis of Albemarle; a son, Marcus Duane Mullis of Aurora, Colorado; two daughters, Crystal Elkin of Albemarle, and Kimberly Ridenhour of Albemarle; a half brother, Carl Junior Huneycutt, Jr. of Mount Pleasant; two sisters, Betty Burr of Albemarle and Virginia Glover of Albemarle; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
